PAHF wishes to address the recent change in dates for the 2025 Pan American Cup, initially set for March 5 to 15 in Montevideo.
The local organizers informed us of a major event in Montevideo during the same period,impacting accommodation availability and costs for teams and officials.
In light of these circumstances, we needed to find a new date for the competition. We considered various options and determined that a September date would not be suitable, as many players have prior commitments to universities or clubs in Europe during that time.
After reviewing the schedule for PAHF and FIH events in 2025, we have decided to reschedule the Pan American Cup to July 24 to August 3.
We are grateful for the understanding and cooperation of all parties involved in this adjustment and look forward to a memorable and exciting competition in Montevideo.
